GAZEBO NZ Warranty Policy

gazebos.co.nz (GAZEBO NZ) provides a limited manufacturing warranty on all gazebos purchased directly from gazebos.co.nz or our authorised agents. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used and maintained correctly.

1. Warranty Coverage

Frame: Covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Fabric:
- Polyester canopy – 1 year manufacturing warranty

If a defect is confirmed after inspection, GAZEBO NZ may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part or product.

2. Conditions for Warranty Validity

The gazebo is used for normal event or promotional purposes.
Installation, anchoring, and maintenance follow the user guide.
The product has not been modified, altered, or used in an unintended manner.
The claim is made by the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

Misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Alterations, unauthorised repairs, or non-original parts
Accidental or deliberate damage
Fair wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, colour fading)
Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance

4. Care and Maintenance

Set up on a stable surface and secure correctly.
Clean and dry the canopy and frame before storage.
Store indoors in a clean, dry place when not in use.
Inspect components regularly and address issues promptly.

5. Insurance Recommendation

We recommend obtaining private insurance to protect your gazebo and related equipment against loss or damage that falls outside this warranty.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact GAZEBO NZ customer support with your order number and purchase date.
Provide a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or video.
Make the product available for inspection if requested.

After assessment, we will advise the outcome and, if applicable, arrange repair or replacement.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from GAZEBO NZ or our authorised agents.
